Woke up earlier today, as the sun rising up so early. So I woke up at 4:45 am, and started the practice at 5:15.

This morning, I decided not to recite the full Japji, but to chant the Mul Mantra for 15 mn. The effect has been really very good. I did the kriya really totaly involved, fully present in each exercice, feeling the grace.

Did the Morning Call with the recording of the Sangat at the European Yoga Festival, by the karam Kriya School. Was not so boring anymore. I was feeling a totaly pleasant feeling on the final "Guru", like a shower of pleasure.
