Went very late to bed, had a short stormy night, and late sadhana with Simranjeet Kaur. Did the kriya in the accelarated way, in 15 mn, and still got the connexion. Made only 11 mn Adi Shakti.

Today I practiced with thoughts and prayers for Thierry, focusing on his smile; At first I was still very upset by his blow, and focused on refraining to have any negative thoughts, not to create any further karma in any way. In the end I prayed open-heartedly and compassionate for him.

Did the full kriya and 31 mn long EkOngKar. The long EkOngKar is becomming more meditative, and I'm now feeling the energy raining around me on the final "Guru". was feeling much better after the practice, and the fast soothing answer of Sat Prem yesteday.
Around midday, was shocked by the mail of Thierry. It gave me the feeling to be striked while kneeling. The rest of the day was rather commotioned.
On the other hand the communication with Sat Sangat is much better this week.

Made the kriya and cried all the time, after the commotion of the week end. No amrit today, just letting emotions flow out. Devotion instead of commotion. Felt much better afterwards.

Very interesting session this morning.
First thing, I got up at 4:45, very tired, couldn't have my morning cup of coffee (OK, OK I know) and fall asleep again. Got eventually up at 7:20, and started my (too late) sadhana.
I considered giving up as the time was too short (it had to be finished at 8:30).
But I decided to try an accelarated version of the kriya. The way the sun salutation is a kriya in hatha yoga, and we do it in less than a minute. So I did the full kriya in 15 mn instead of ..? maybe 1:30 hour. I did as Sat Mitar told us at the last formation week end: fully involved, and instantly jumping into the 'feeling' of the asana.
It was great: everything was there, just briefly. And the very pleasant thing, I was really rested, and relaxed (no coffee).
Then I did Adi Shakti for 31 mn. It was greater than ever today. All the small technical tips and tricks involved in this complicated exercice are getting more and better integrated. So I can let go, it becomes at last a kind of meditation, and the energy flow becomes perceptible.

Kept up, starting at 5:30. Doing the Japji again, as Simranjeet Kaur was there some days, an I was really missing the recitation.
No music anymore for the Adi Shakti meditation.

Read the full Japji with Simranjeet Kaur, tantric way.
Went to bed to sleep a bit more after the practice, and had a stange experience, in half sleep of very vivid memories of smells, and sight, from 25 years ago. So sharp...

The practice was very nice this morning, after chanting the Mul Mantra. Was really centered ant into it.
Adi Shakti meditation was not so hard to get through anymore. Maybe my mental is becoming resignated. I don't have to stuggle trough thinking "I'm engaged, I'll do it".

Woke up earlier today, as the sun rising up so early. So I woke up at 4:45 am, and started the practice at 5:15.
This morning, I decided not to recite the full Japji, but to chant the Mul Mantra for 15 mn. The effect has been really very good. I did the kriya really totaly involved, fully present in each exercice, feeling the grace.
Did the Morning Call with the recording of the Sangat at the European Yoga Festival, by the karam Kriya School. Was not so boring anymore. I was feeling a totaly pleasant feeling on the final "Guru", like a shower of pleasure.

Japji tantric way with Simranjeet Kaur.
Something happend during the breath holdings at the beginning of the kriya. I could hold half a minute to the max instead of 1 mn usually. Overwealmed with a feeling of panic, after only a few seconds. No Amrit today.
Long EkOngKar only 28 mn (got interrupted). Found some interesting muscles inside my perineum, witch I now contract. But cann't tighten them during all of the 31 mn. More energy is coming to the 6th, with the extrem Jalandharaband. (I guess I should be working more on my 5th chakra)
But I can not say I "found" the 6th chakra. I'm feeling the enrgy coming there, but it's like pouring water in the desert sand. Still was a bit light headed, dizzy afterwards.

Was very tired this morning as I went to bed at 12:00 yesteday. So started at 6:00.
Kept working on the Jalandharaband on the Nam, with more energy coming up. But it makes all the meditation quite exhausting. went back to bed after the sadhana.

Same times. Long EkOngKar is still lengthy. But I think I got something on the Nam: the Jalandaraband must be really tight, as tight as it can be, with the neck streched to the max. Then, keeping the concentration on the 5° chakra, and the bowl of the heart, I tink I felt a bit of energy reaching the 6°.

Started at 5:40 this morning, got late asleep, my thoughts spinning around Tania and other participants to the teacher training, not engaged in a real daily practice. What should I do? nothing if they don't ask? yet Tania came here...
Nothing real new today. Hold the EkOngKar 30:25 mn. I noticed the connection arrived after the candel. That feeling of the heart as a broad cup, filled with... energy, Amrit? Finished the last postures with Wahé-Guru pumping the Cosmic energy on the Wahé, pouring into my heart cup on the Guru.
Chanting like yesteday, the "ONE" vibrating in my magnetic field.

By Simranjeet Singh on Tuesday 10 May 2011, 17:09 - Second exercice: Arms strechted...
Arms stretched parrallel to the ground, hands pointed to the ground, Breath of Fire. 3 mn
An exercice for the hearth. I don't get the spiritual meaning of this one, yet.
Chakras: lightning the fire at third chakra, already in direction of the Heart Center. Concentration on 6th.
Blocking the breath at the end is very powerful. Hands position at this time is not specified. An important issue for the student to find out by himself. The power of the exercice take place just then. So i did with palms facing sky at one stage, with was very bhakti, well balancing the shakti of the block. Yet it is in full opposition to the exercice, with arms twisting in between. So i think this was wrong. Letting hands droped doesn't seem to be right either. Kind of cutting the shakti. At the moment i tend to keep the breath with hands facing outwards, conciously pushing/loading the magnetic field. So only the hands change position in the end.
The way to handle leaving the posture is also very important, unspecified and touchy, as you are so filled with energy at that very moment. I tend to bring hands back into mudra of prayer, in front of the heart center, while breathing out. Stay a few seconds empty there, before relaxing. Also
